Photography has taken me places I never expected: from growing up in East Germany to running a portrait studio in "Hollywood" of all places (!!)...my younger self definitely didn't see that coming. To this day, it still amazes me that one little camera has introduced me to so many wonderful people and taken me all over the world.
But the best part has never been the camera. It's the energy we create together. Somewhere along the way, everyone forgets about the camera, I lose track of time, and we're simply enjoying the moment. There's a wonderful kind of trust that develops during a session, and watching that turn into photographs people truly love never gets old.

Reach out 4-6 weeks in advance for ATL bookings. My LA calendar (especially in the fall) can get pretty crazy and books up 2-3 months prior.
Love Bucket Photo operates as a bi-coastal studio with distinct offerings in each location. In Los Angeles, sessions focus on family + brand portraits. In Atlanta, the work centers on personal and boudoir-inspired portraits, maternity, and creative brand photography. That said, those rules aren’t set in stone.
Not at all. Every session is fully guided with subtle direction throughout. The approach is relaxed and collaborative, so nothing feels forced or performative.
Los Angeles sessions are typically photographed on location—your home, the beach, a canyon etc. I also often create a small studio-at-home set with a white backdrop.
Most Atlanta sessions take place in my in-town studio, with the option to shoot in other locations depending on your project.
After living in LA for 15 years, my family relocated to Atlanta, GA in 2021. I now travel to LA in spring + fall to service my loyal LA clientele. It's a whirlwind but I love it! Atlanta sessions book all year round.
